Adaptation Expansion: The historical Yukimura never actually served the Takeda clan (that distinction goes to his father, Masayuki), given that he was only 6 by the time of Shingen's death, and by the time he comes of age and becomes a fully fledged Samurai, the Takeda clan no longer exists and thus he serves the Toyotomi clan instead as per his father's order.
In fact, had Keiji not been present to continuously encourage him, Yukimura may as well have died in Osaka Castle during his story mode.
